Modern Languages
Formally opened in 2003, the new Modern Languages laboratory offers QEGS pupils a top of the range facility to assist their language learning.
The Tandberg Divace system has 28 individual workstations, all fully digital enabling students to work on their own at their own pace, in pairs or groups, or be taught as a class.
The £100,000 invested in the facility, which includes a digital projector and sound system, has proved its worth in keeping language teaching at QEGS at the forefront of modern practice, as is evidenced by recent articles in the Times Educational Supplement highlighting out innovative and effective approach.
